I bought a 2019 neuron cf8 and have had a lot of problems with this bike. First year of having the bike, I had the rear axel back it’s self out mid ride and ruin my free hub. Now I’m constantly having the main suspension pivot back it’s self out and break the cover. I torque everything to spec and use the proper procedure to keep the bike in good condition, but this problem seems to be here to stay. The whole process of getting to the main pivot is a headache on its own. Would not recommend this bike.
I have purchased a few bikes from them and everytime (except for one time a guy hang up on me) they have been helpful with all of my inquiries and requests.

Bike came on time, easy assemble. Only issue was that derailleur was not set and had to be adjusted...
The bike is in perfect condition, prompt response to customer requests. Orders were honored faster than I expected.

Extremely fast and easy buying experience, the bike is extremely well-built and has all of the highest-end components on it...all for thousands less than what I would have paid through a bike shop.
Loving my new bike. Learning everything about it has been quick and easy. I love taking it out to the trails near and far.
The worst company ever, I really can’t understand the good reviews! The 3 month new bike rear fork broke while riding, and for 5 months now, they keep on disappointing me. They change the communication web address every ten days, they never answer the phone.
Avoid this company is the worst with no respect to the customer!

What else can I expect?
but bar tape was wrapped very poorly and the component setup was not perfect. A little part of the rubber cover was missed. Claimed and they will send soon without any extra charge.
The delivery was very quick. Exactly as they started it would be. The bike is very good as well. Easy assembly and good instructions. My only complaint was with the quality of the tires.
Plus:
1) The Canyon Spectral bike is a value for money bike.
Minus
1) The assembly instruction for adjustable seat post could be clearer.
2) I had sent a query on the difficulties in assembling the seat post, but gotten no help or reply on the assembly difficulties. This is likely to affect the business concept of Canyon selling only on-line and customer doing the assembly themselves.
All is good except when you forget to add an item into your order and needed to purchase it separately. Deraileur hanger, 30 bucks. Shipping to Singapore, 95 bucks. Sorry Canyon, you need to do better than this to be the true market leader!
